ABC Teachers is proud to be working in partnership with the Thrive Education Partnership a family of specialist academies across the West Midlands, dedicated to transforming the life opportunities of students with Autism, Social Emotional and Mental Health needs, and complex learning difficulties.
We are recruiting Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Student Support Workers to join this incredible network of schools, all of which provide nurturing, trauma-informed environments that empower students to achieve and thrive.

The Schools
Thrive Education Partnership academies are diverse, inclusive, and purpose-built for students with additional needs. Each school provides a tailored curriculum, small class sizes, and a high staff-to-student ratio to ensure every learner receives personalised support. You ll be joining a network of schools that values teamwork, well-being, and ongoing professional development.
Your Role May Include:
Delivering or supporting engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with Autism, Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities, Severe Learning Disabilities and Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs.
Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups with emotional regulation, communication, and independence.
Assisting with personal care, sensory needs, and structured routines (depending on the setting).
Working collaboratively with teaching teams, therapists, and external agencies.
Using trauma-informed and restorative practices to build trust and promote progress.
We re Looking For Individuals Who:
Have experience in education, care, or support roles or are enthusiastic about gaining it.
Are patient, calm, and passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.
Understand the importance of routine, structure, and a child-centred approach.
Are happy to work flexibly across Thrive schools based on your location and preferences.
Hold a DBS on the Update Service or are willing to complete a new check.
