Overview
ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant with prior experience supporting pupils of a primary age to work on a day-to-day/part-time basis within the Burton area to start from as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Offering support to both pupils and staff members across various year groups in a primary setting.
- Starting as day-to-day supply staff but with the potential to become a permanent member of staff for the right fit.
- Working between typical school hours of 08:30-15:30.

ABC Teachers work with primary schools in and around the Burton area, all offering a warm environment for supply staff coming into the school.
Requirements
- Have had prior experience working with children in a similar setting.
- Have a keen passion for building a strong working relationship with pupils and to provide them the best chance of developing.
- Be able to commit to full-time work.
- Ideally have a teaching assistant qualification, however with the right experience this is not compulsory.
- Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
- Possess or be willing to obtain an up-to-date DBS check registered with the Update Service.
