ABC Teachers is recruiting enthusiastic Sports Coaches to work as Cover Supervisors on a supply basis in Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas from September 2025. About the role Working as a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-set work and ensuring a positive learning environment. We will prioritise PE cover where we can. You will use your coaching experience to engage and motivate students, managing behaviour and encouraging participation. Opportunities for both part-time and full-time work are available, giving you flexibility to suit your schedule. Daily rates of pay from £90 to £100, PAYE. paid weekly. About the school: Located in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. Great public transport link and sometimes on site parking. Supportive schools who are happy to support new teachers.  About you: Experience working with secondary-aged students (either in a school, tutoring, or youth work setting) A patient, resilient, and caring attitude A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship) All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
