ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work on a part-time/day to day basis conducting 1:1 support as well as general class support to cover sickness and absence in our Dudley schools. The schools require an experienced Teaching Assistant who works well with children with SEN needs as well as class Teaching Assistant experience. The schools we work with are Dudley and Sandwell based so you can work in various schools depending on your accessibility to them.
This role will be to commence from September and will continue from there forward with flexible working dependent on your availability.

About you:
To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:
- Have previous experience working with primary-aged children and students with a range of special educational needs.
- Suitable qualifications to work with young people and support students with SEND, this is highly desirable.
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
- Be able to work as part of a team and be confident dealing with occasional behavioural challenges
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
