ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant based in Telford with experience in an EYFS environment with a minimum of a level 2 Early Years or Support qualification, to work on a full-time basis in a reception class of a primary school to start from after Autumn half term break.
The role
- Full-time work on a temporary basis with the primary school.
- Working in early years setting mainly in reception but supporting with personal care as part of this role.
- To start from the beginning of the 2nd Autumn half term (November 2025) and span until the Christmas break; this may potentially extend.
- Scheduled to work from 08:30-15:30.
The school
This will be based in a 1 form entry school in the Telford area, with a team of supportive and knowledgeable staff.
Requirements
- Be a confident and positive influence on a working environment.
- Must have previous experience working in a nursery setting, either private setting or as part of a school setting.
- Any applicants for this role must have a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Early Years.
- Be willing to commit to full time hours.
- Be able to gain two references from most recent and relevant roles.
- Be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
