Due to a high business level for supply staff, ABC Teachers are currently looking to recruit a pool of Newly Qualified Teacher/Early Career Teachers to work in Primary schools on a long term basis/permanent basis in the Hinckley area from September 2025.

About the role

We are looking for early careers teachers who are experienced across EYFS/KS1/KS2. If you have recently qualified or are qualifying this year then this is a fantastic opportunity and we would love to speak with you. We offer long term assignments with help to support your induction, permanent roles and day to day supply. This role is flexible and can be full-time or part-time to suit you and will help you gain valuable teaching experience within many schools across the Hinckley area to offer great networking opportunities.

ABC Teachers work with a range of ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ primary schools in Hinckley and the surrounding areas who will be looking to recruit new staff for September 2025.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of ECT Primary Teacher you will:

  • Delivery and mark work
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues and students
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of the EYFS or KS1 or KS2 Primary teaching curriculum
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of working towards obtaining QTS
  • Able to provide to references to cover the last 2 years of both Education and Employment – School Placement
