Requirements
To be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will:
- Recently Qualified Early Careers Teacher (ECTs) with QTS in any secondary subject specialism
- Passionate, resilient educators who are ready to inspire and connect with students
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
- Flexibility and adaptability to different learning environments and school cultures
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- a suitable qualification to teach PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
