Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor - No experience required you will:
- Be able to attend the in-person training session in Coventry/or Lichfield.
- A passion for working with secondary-aged students.
- Strong communication and classroom presence.
- A willingness to learn and grow in an educational environment.
- Previous experience in a school, youth work, sports coaching or tutoring is desirable β but not essential.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and undergo an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one).
