As a 1-1 Support within a school, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized assistance to students with special educational needs or individual learning requirements.
Your primary responsibility is to offer tailored support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential within the school environment
This role involves working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to ensure the delivery of effective support strategies

About you:
To be considered for the 1-1 Classroom Support position, you will:
Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs.
Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
