To support the team in delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities, while completing a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification for 12 months and 1 day. The role combines hands‐on experience with structured training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering play‐based learning activities.
  • Support children's personal, social, emotional and physical development.
  • Help with daily routines including meals, toileting and sleep times.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.
  • Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
  • Follow all safeguarding, EYFS and health & safety procedures.
  • Attend training sessions, submit coursework and engage with assessor visits.
