The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

To provide high-quality care and education for children from walking age to 5 years, following the EYFS framework, promoting children’s holistic development and maintaining a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver age‑appropriate activities following the EYFS.
  • Observe, assess and record children’s progress using the nursery’s systems.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Promote children’s independence, confidence and emotional well‑being.
  • Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies are followed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of education and care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the learning environment.
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions and CPD activities as required.

Requirements

  • Level 2, 3 Early Years Qualification or QTS.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
  • Experience in early years settings (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, nurturing approach.
  • Enhanced DBS and two satisfactory references.
  • Right to work in the UK.
