Role: To support the team in delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities, while completing a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification for 12 months and 1 day. The role combines hands-on experience with structured training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering play-based learning activities.
- Support children’s personal, social, emotional and physical development.
- Help with daily routines including meals, toileting and sleep times.
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Follow all safeguarding, EYFS and health & safety procedures.
- Attend training sessions, submit coursework and engage with assessor visits.
Requirements:
