ABC is looking for a driven and ambitious Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to progress quickly within a growing recruitment business.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top tech talent across a range of roles while building and managing your own client and candidate network.

Responsibilities
  • Source and attract high-quality tech candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to placement
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews
  • Write and post engaging job adverts
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of tech talent
  • Work towards individual and team revenue targets
  • Develop new business opportunities where possible
Requirements
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
  • Interest in the technology sector
