We're looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful sales team. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role for someone confident across the full sales process.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out market appraisals and valuations
- Listing and launching properties onto the market
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Managing sales progression through to completion
- Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day office duties
- Helping drive performance, instructions, and agreed sales
