As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while enjoying a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (7am - 7pm) that gives you time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work. You’ll support the Warehouse and Driving teams, ensure compliance and high service standards, and help recruit, onboard, and train new colleagues to set them up for success so they can create great customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC).
- Ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Supporting the Customer Delivery Manager in building strong customer relationships.
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver their best work.
- Managing compliance for vehicles, trailers, and driver regulations.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
