Role Description

This is an on-site role for an experienced Customer Advisor located in our Lisburn office. The Customer Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues. Daily tasks include advising customers, new and existing, on personal lines insurance products e.g. car, home, van and travel. You will be processing insurance policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Working as part of a team in an office environment
  • 3 years+ experience within the insurance industry
  • Ability to advise on insurance products and process insurance policies
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and insurance partners
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using insurance-related software and tools
  • Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable

Salary negotiable depending on experience. Company benefits include a private medical insurance policy, death in service cover and staff bonus scheme.
