We are seeking a motivated and reliable Seamstress/factory operative with a background in manufacturing or production environments to join our team. This role involves sewing-related tasks, general cleaning, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will be flexible, hands-on, and willing to take on a variety of duties to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machines for SEG graphics, alterations, and repairs, ensuring high quality standards.
- Work with a variety of fabrics and materials, adhering to production specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and tidying workspace and equipment regularly.
- Assist with shop floor cleaning duties to ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Support the team with general factory duties, including inventory management, stock organization, and light administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and improve workflow.
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and other equipment to ensure proper functioning.
