We are seeking a dedicated part-time Accountant to join our team and contribute to our dynamic real estate operations. This position will be 15-20 hours a week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with general accounting functions and daily financial activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.
- Support property tax and mortgage-related accounting functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within the real estate industry.
