What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple, concurrent onboarding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all stakeholders during onboarding to provide timely support and escalate risks as needed.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Proactively communicate and set expectations with stakeholders, balancing scope, timelines, quality, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Configure software settings and set up client accounts using internal tools to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Regularly provide updates to clients and internal leadership, sharing progress reports, identifying potential risks, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Document brand-specific processes and ongoing updates for client training and onboarding, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and refining methodologies to optimize delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, data migrations, or client-facing support roles.
- 2+ years' experience in project management.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and file types for preparing and cleansing data before and after migration.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, administrative-heavy environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze challenges independently and propose effective solutions.
- High EQ and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and achieving customer success.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and commitment to continuous learning and growth.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, or Asana.
