ABC Finance Limited is looking for a talented and self-motivated bridging loan adviser to join our growing team.
Our ideal applicant has strong experience in financial service sales, excellent objection handling skills, and full CeMAP qualification.
This role is ideal for a mortgage advisor who is looking to step up into the world of specialist finance. We have a national presence with a high average case size and an abundance of high-quality enquiries.
As a business, we handle all types of property finance including HMO & buy to let mortgages, secured loans, commercial mortgages, development finance and bridging loans.
In this role, you will have a minimum of 20 high-quality enquiries assigned to you each week and will be expected to engage with the client, understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Full training will be provided on the products available and their uses, although the suitable applicant will be self-motivated and also willing to learn independently.

This role comes with a basic salary of £28-30,000 and a generous bonus scheme which can see your earnings dramatically increase. Your performance, competence and bonus will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators including compliance, customer satisfaction and performance against financial targets.

You will get:
· A basic salary of up to £30,000 – plus a generous uncapped bonus scheme
· 37.5 hour working week Monday to Friday
