ThoughtLeaders4 is a full-service legal events and content provider, creating focused communities, publications and events that deliver critical knowledge transfer and new business opportunities. They are a close-knit, ambitious team with a strong appetite for launching new events, products and initiatives. This is a varied and highly visible role within TL4's Strategic Partnerships team, offering the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with leading organisations and professionals across the legal sector. You will play a key role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring their partners receive exceptional value from their involvement with ThoughtLeaders4. Working at the heart of the business, you will collaborate closely with teams across partnerships, content, marketing and events, gaining exposure to all aspects of our growing organisation.
Alongside relationship management, you will contribute to the creation and delivery of TL4's thought leadership content, including webinars, publications, newsletters and events that engage and inspire our communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Support a cohesive and aligned approach to account management and business development activity.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners, key accounts and prospective partners.
- Support strategies that add value to existing partners and help attract new business.
- Help deliver a high-quality partner experience that supports strong renewal rates.
- Assist with monthly newsletters across ThoughtLeaders4 communities and series.
- Support quarterly magazines across the five communities, including any special editions.
- Develop relevant content before, during and after conferences and community events.
- Create marketing materials and event communications, including event websites and promotional emails.
- Work with key partners to generate engaging webinar topics and content ideas.
- Coordinate preparation calls, speaker briefings and pre-event and post-event administration.
- Host and run in-person/webinars, ensuring a polished experience for attendees and speakers.

- Someone proactive, commercially aware and highly organised, with the confidence to engage with senior professionals and the curiosity to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of one year's professional office-based experience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Confidence engaging with senior clients and stakeholders virtually and in person.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to contribute fresh ideas.
- A disciplined approach to project management in a creative, fast-moving environment.
- Previous experience in client relations, content writing, marketing or events is desirable.
- Previous experience within the legal sector, legal events industry or professional services environment would be highly valued, although it is not essential.
