The Role
We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead our logistics team and take ownership of service delivery, performance, and day-to-day operational efficiency at our Heathrow hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily logistics and courier operations
- Own service delivery, KPIs, and performance targets
- Manage, coach, and develop the operations team
- Optimise routing, scheduling, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with UK transport and health & safety regulations
- Control operational costs and drive continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years' logistics and operations management experience in the UK
- Proven people and performance leadership
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Right to work in the UK
