The Global Services Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency, governance, and administrative functions within the UK office and other EMEA locations, with coordination among regional office locations and the Global Services team. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations while supporting long-term strategic initiatives. The role balances global standardization with regional flexibility and focuses on technology-driven automation, cost optimization, sustainability, and employee well-being. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership and local operations, providing support to the CEO and CRO as needed, to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Responsibilities- Strategy & Operational Support
- Support the strategic vision for Global Services to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
- Align operational activities with corporate goals while allowing for regional flexibility.
- Drive sustainability and corporate responsibility programs in line with company objectives.
- Assist with regulatory compliance, governance, and administrative operations.
- Operational Excellence and Process Optimization
- Streamline administrative processes to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.
- Utilize digital tools to automate key functions such as document management, travel, procurement, and communications.
- Continuously improve governance structures and internal controls to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
- Facilities and Infrastructure Management
- Oversee office facilities, including lease agreements, space planning, and real estate considerations.
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to create safe, efficient, and comfortable workspaces that promote employee productivity and well-being.
- Support office relocations, expansions, and renovations while minimizing operational disruption.
- Governance and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international regulations and internal governance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date legal documentation, risk management plans, and business continuity strategies.
- Lead crisis management initiatives to minimize operational risks.
- Procurement, Vendor, and Travel Management
- Support or lead procurement activities, including vendor onboarding, compliance with corporate procurement policies, and vendor relationship management.
- Oversee travel and events coordination, ensuring alignment with company policies and cost efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless support.

- Lead or support one or more of the following programs: Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Sustainability and CSR initiatives, Facilities and Infrastructure, Travel & Events, Procurement & Vendor Management, Credit Cards & Expense Management, G&A Communications.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamlined processes, successful implementation of digital tools, and measurable cost savings.
- Governance & Compliance: Full adherence to regulatory standards and effective crisis management plans.
- Cost Optimization: Efficient management of facilities, travel, and procurement costs.
- Employee Satisfaction: Positive feedback on workplace environment, health, and safety.
- Sustainability: Achievement of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental goals.
- Standardization & Flexibility: Effective implementation of global governance practices tailored to local needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in office administration, operations, or corporate services, with leadership experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in optimizing administrative processes, managing vendors, and driving cost efficiencies.
- Strong project management skills with experience in office improvements or technology upgrades.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and other digital platforms.
