Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the company's established sales strategies, plans, goals, and budgets, identify business opportunities, and promote company products in designated areas and target hospitals/institutions.
  • Gain insights into customer opportunities, understand and meet customer needs, empower customers, and provide professional support and training.
  • Establish, improve, and maintain a good network of target customer groups.
  • Assist regional managers and cross-departmental personnel in implementing various company projects, customizing adjustments based on the characteristics of the institutions/hospitals for optimal execution.
  • Conduct business activities legally and reasonably in accordance with the code of conduct.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine/medical devices related fields.
  • Approximately 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical device-related products.
  • Good customer management and teamwork skills.
  • Strong learning and data analysis abilities.
  • Willingness to accept challenges and possess good stress resistance.
  • Experience in the medical aesthetics product industry is preferred.
