Job Description
Team Introduction
The Expert Development and Clinical Training Strategy team focuses on building a systematic expert resource framework, implementing high-end academic collaborations, managing the entire clinical training process, and innovating medical education strategies. This team coordinates expert empowerment, academic activities, content development, and professional service collaboration to provide solid medical professional support and expert resource assurance for the company's business development.
Responsibilities
- Expert Resource System Construction and Operation: Build and improve the company's expert resource system, responsible for expert selection, collaboration maintenance, empowerment training, content co-creation, and value exploration, achieving standardised and systematic management of expert resources.
- Expert Academic Collaboration and Brand Empowerment: Promote the implementation of expert academic projects, academic achievement transformation, and brand empowerment work, collaborating with experts on academic co-construction, research cooperation, and professional endorsement to enhance the company's and products' professional influence.
- Medical Education Strategy and Academic Content Development: Develop corresponding medical education strategies based on the company's product strategy, creating professional, compliant, and high-quality medical academic and training content.
- Clinical Training System Construction and Implementation: Build a medical education clinical training system that fits the company's business strategy, planning, organising, and executing various medical professional training, skills training, and capability enhancement projects, ensuring training quality and implementation effectiveness.
- Large-scale Academic Event Planning and Operation: Plan national and regional high-end academic conferences, forums, and exchange activities, fully responsible for programme design, execution, effect review, and brand enhancement.
- Training Operation Process Optimisation: Continuously iterate the training operation system, optimise processes, improve efficiency, and achieve refined, digital, and efficient management of training projects.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration and Professional Service Support: Collaborate with various departments within the company to provide comprehensive expert resource support, clinical professional education services, and medical strategy assurance, facilitating the efficient advancement of overall business.
Qualifications
- More than three years of work experience, master's degree or above;
- Good medical academic literacy and strong English communication skills;
- Passionate about expert development, medical education, and clinical training-related work, with strong communication, coordination, project planning, and execution abilities;
- Team spirit, good at cross-departmental collaboration, and able to efficiently advance complex project implementation;
- Innovative thinking and results-oriented, willing to grow and co-create value with a new team.
