Job Description: This position plays a pivotal role in leading the launch of AbbVie’s migraine portfolio assets. The Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and refine brand pre-launch strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and execute brand strategies for migraine therapeutic product launches and lifecycle management.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal & OEC etc.) to ensure alignment and effective implementation of brand launch strategies.
- Oversee development of promotional material, internal and external communications, and ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitive landscape, and proactively adapt strategies to drive brand performance.
- Manage brand-related budgeting and resource allocation.
- Track and report on performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive impactful actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in life sciences, marketing, or business.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience; neuroscience or specialty area preferred. Proven track record for launching and managing successful brands is highly preferred.
- Proven project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent commercial insight.
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English, proficiency in use of standard software applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
