Job Description Perform analytical testing to support manufacturing operations, process development, and product release activities. Lead and support analytical method transfers, validations, and optimizations in collaboration with Science & Technology (S&T) and R&D teams. Provide technical expertise for laboratory investigations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support the development and maintenance of laboratory procedures, specifications, and quality documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, EHS, and S&T teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure all testing activities are completed on schedule. Own and maintain analytical equipment, including qualification activities for new instrumentation.
