Be the direct contact for key stakeholders to be the main executor of the infield brand strategy while working effectively within the In-field team. Develop customer relationships whilst maximizing opportunities based on strong account plans.

- Customer selling and relationship management

- Develops Smart pre call objectives in line with territory strategy and brand team goals

- Demonstrates in depth disease product market and competitive intelligence expertise

- Territory Management
- Continuously analyses sales reports (CRM etc.) and field intelligence
- Develops a business plan for own line with brand strategy
- Accurately identifies customer position on sales cycle
- Effectively targets and tracks resources to maximize sales opportunities (budgets)
- Adheres to industry and Abbvie compliance requirements while managing the territory
- Works closely and compliantly with Clinical Nurse Educator Healthcare Business Manager Medical in field and wider brand team
- Identifies opportunities and uses innovation practices to overcome barriers

Qualifications
- Degree educated preferably in science / nursing
- Relevant industry sales experience
- Practical knowledge and understanding of customer / disease area requirements.
- Develops and maintains a proficiency in the use of business tools (ETMS etc.)
- Knowledge of Industry and local market conditions
- Identifies and understands policies protocols and the political environment of institutional accounts that may affect the work of e.g. the account.
