Join AbbVie’s Early Talent Programme

Are you an ambitious early career professional ready to make a difference? Our Commercial Early Talent programme offers a three-year rotation across a range of areas.

AbbVie’s Early Talent Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across our commercial UK business, where you’ll rotate through different teams in various business areas such as Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Customer Excellence.

You’ll be joining on a 3-year fixed-term contract through our partners SRG, the programme is designed to accelerate your development, build your industry knowledge, and prepare you for a successful commercial career in AbbVie.

When applying, you’ll choose one of two exciting pathways:

  • AbbVie Therapeutics – you’ll be part of our business focused on innovative medicines across immunology, oncology, neuroscience and other areas of unmet need
  • Allergan Aesthetics – you’ll be part of our business where we believe in the remarkable impact confidence can have for our customers, and their patients

Whichever path you choose, you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, making a real impact on patients’ lives and gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial functions.

We’re looking for graduates with a passion for healthcare or life sciences and excited to be part of the future within our global organisation.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset
  • Creativity and innovative ideas
  • Strong communication, teamwork skills and able to challenge the status quo
  • A degree (any discipline) or equivalent experience
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence by the start of the programme in September 2026
  • Please note that flexibility regarding location may be required as part of the sales rotation programme
