Job Description

  • Field based sales role covering London & South
  • Highly competitive salary, Company car, Sales bonus & benefits package

Highlighted responsibilities:

  • To execute efficient territory coverage and management for maximum impact on sales.
  • To utilise selling skills, relationship building, planning & organising, and technical knowledge in achieving target.
  • Develop account plans for targeted accounts, demonstrating clear understanding of goals, objectives and tactics to deliver on the identified opportunities within the account.
  • Co-ordinate the cross functional team to deliver on the account plans.
  • Maintain focus of quarterly and yearly target planning customer interactions accordingly, ensuring the call rate is achieved.
  • Visit customers using competitor products to provide information on Allergan brands.

Executes Tactical Sales & Promotional Plan

  • Maintain contact and relationships with all existing customers, provide product support & education on the appropriate use of products within the private clinic setting and advice on “best practice” in patient management.
  • Sell the benefits of the Allergan portfolio within the area worked and drive the sales of these products.
  • Prepare quotes, prices and terms through the effective use of the commercial policy.
  • Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
  • Co-ordinate the running of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) training days and supports the faculty and AMI lead in the delivery of these.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A proven sales track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (preferably within a commercial healthcare / aesthetics industry).
  • Strong business acumen to manage and forecast your territory as if it was your own business.
  • ABPI qualified (if not qualified, exam must be passed within first 2 years of joining industry).
