What You’ll Do

  • Drive virtual sales & patient acquisition across target ICBs/ICSs, Health Boards, and NHS Trusts, aligning to national strategy and local pathways.

  • Train patients remotely to start and confidently use FreeStyle Libre and the digital health ecosystem (e.g., LibreLink, LibreView).
  • Educate HCPs virtually on AGP interpretation, LibreView reporting, and integration into routine clinical practice—helping establish Libre as the standard of care.
  • Pull through formulary/guidance: identify eligible cohorts and upgrade target patients onto FreeStyle Libre to maximise adoption and retention.
  • Build account partnerships: map stakeholders, tailor value to local needs, remove barriers, and create a positive prescribing environment.
  • Collaborate to win: work closely with regional sales managers, territory managers, and training specialists; contribute to local account plans and national priorities.
  • Manage your day like a pro: plan coverage, manage your pipeline, log calls and insights, and turn data into action.
  • Own service excellence: deliver an ‘outstanding’ experience and hit agreed NPS and retention targets.
  • Stay sharp: contribute market intel, participate in regional meetings (virtual; occasional in‑person if needed), and follow all quality/compliance requirements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in virtual/inside sales—ideally in healthcare, med‑tech, pharma, or a regulated environment.
  • All‑day phone energy: confident cold caller; excellent call control, discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Remote training capability: experience educating HCPs and/or patients via Teams.
  • Clear, credible communicator: strong virtual presentation skills; able to influence clinicians and administrative decision makers.
  • Commercial focus: pipeline discipline, territory planning, and data‑driven prioritisation.
  • Tech and tools: comfortable with CRM (Salesforce or similar), virtual meeting platforms, and basic data interpretation (reports/dashboards).
  • Time management: plans high‑value activity blocks, meets daily call/meeting targets, and keeps admin tight and timely.
  • Education: Further or higher education—business or healthcare related preferred (or equivalent experience).
