Role Overview
Shift Lead – Sensor Manufacturing team
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead and motivate the team, ensuring quality, yield and output deliverables
- Maintain and champion EHS initiatives and drive 5s and process improvements
- Take ownership of the area, act as representative at daily meetings, report on metrics, and coordinate between teams
- Escalate issues and support daily walk‑around activities
- Interact with quality, engineering and other relevant support functions
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams and delivering results
- Exemplary communication, organisation and time‑management skills
- Previous experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment (GLP or GMP preferred)
- Secondary level education or equivalent
- Shift Details
Shift working role on a 4 on 4 off basis, 7 am to 7 pm day shift.
