The opportunity
As part of a strategic evolution of our Marketing organization in Northern Europe, we are creating a Head of Marketing – Neuromodulation role to lead the next phase of growth. This position sits at the heart of a new, centrally aligned and therapy‑focused marketing model, designed to strengthen strategic impact, deepen clinical and therapy expertise, and position Marketing as a true growth engine for the business.
We are looking for a senior MedTech marketing leader from implantable medical devices (cardio / neuro) who can combine strategic vision, people leadership across multiple countries, and strong clinical credibility.
Your impact
- Lead the transformation
- Own and drive the Northern Europe marketing strategy in alignment with global OUS priorities.
- Shape and embed a central, therapy‑focused marketing model, with clear ownership and accountability.
- Elevate Marketing’s role as a strategic growth partner to the business.
- Build and lead a high‑performing organization
- Lead and develop a multi‑country marketing team, including therapy‑focused Product Marketing Managers.
- Strengthen key capabilities, particularly in strategic and clinical marketing.
- Foster collaboration, clarity and a strong performance culture across the region.
- Drive growth & launches
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across Northern Europe markets.
- Lead regional launch strategies for new neuromodulation products and therapies.
- Translate clinical evidence and innovation into compelling, compliant value propositions.
- Partner cross‑functionally
- Work closely with Sales leadership to drive revenue through impactful campaigns and field enablement.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory and Reimbursement teams to support evidence generation and market access.
- Ensure one clear, consistent voice in line with global brand and therapy strategy.
- Represent the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Represent the company at major congresses, customer meetings and field engagements.
- Act as a role model for compliance, quality and ethical leadership.
Approximately 10% of the role will support broader OUS strategic and operational marketing initiatives.
What we are looking for
- 8–10+ years of experience in Medical Devices marketing (implantables required).
- Background in cardio, neuromodulation, neuro or related implantable therapies.
- Proven people leadership across multiple countries.
- Strong experience in regional strategy, organizational leadership and product launches.
- Solid understanding of clinical pathways, evidence‑based marketing and reimbursement dynamics.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrix and highly regulated environment.
- Pharma‑only backgrounds are not in scope for this role.
