We\’re hiring a Director of Sales to lead our UK nutrition sales division. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving sales and margin growth across adult, infant, and paediatric markets. You\’ll lead a regional management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver national market share targets and strategic goals.

What You\’ll Do

  1. Deliver sales and margin goals for the division
  2. Achieve national market share targets
  3. Lead and develop regional sales and field training teams
  4. Drive sales force effectiveness and performance
  5. Support key accounts and lead the contracting process
  6. Collaborate on product launches and marketing campaigns
  7. Manage budgets and contribute to strategic planning
  8. Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and industry standards
  9. Represent Abbott with key professional bodies and opinion leaders
  10. Lead sales conferences and contribute to executive team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Proven regional sales management experience
  • Experience in HQ functions such as marketing is a plus
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and nutritional markets
  • Skilled in negotiation, contracting, and presenting
  • High computer literacy
  • Educated to degree level
