Responsibilities
- Accountable for regional sales results and quota attainment
- Develop and coach a high-performance regional team
- Build deep knowledge of regional and UK TAVI market dynamics
- Engage external decision influencers to support sales goals
- Contribute to strategic and operating plans; prepare regional budgets and quotas
- Forecasting and reporting for the region
- Support organizational capability through regional design and training needs
- Improve sales process effectiveness and deploy tailored tactics per account
Key requirements
- Medical sales experience in complex devices; Structural Heart experience preferred
- Degree in life science or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous leadership experience or proven leadership qualities
