Part time Day Senior Support Worker – £13.27 per hour
Shift times: Part time – 24 hours a week – days – Shifts: 07:45am – 20:15pm

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Abbott House in Oundle. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, treating our service users as we would our own family members. You will utilize the latest care technology to maximize your time with residents.

Requirements include previous experience working with older adults in residential care, flexibility, patience, organization, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You should have completed or be working towards your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your line manager, ensuring everyone is well-informed and residents\’ needs are met. You should be a team player, able to follow guidelines and policies, and capable of writing care plans effectively.
