THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior EHS Specialist to join our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team in Witney. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations safe and compliant. You’ll interpret business standards and UK regulations, ensure these are reflected in site policies and procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to aid implementation.
You’ll share your expertise in areas such as:
- Contractor management
- Incident response and investigation
- Compliance audits
- Managing specific EHS programmes tailored to site needs
ABOUT YOU:
You’ll be an ambitious and proactive EHS professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across the business. To be successful, you will ideally have:
- A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- A degree in Science or Engineering (beneficial but not essential)
- Broad EHS experience, in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
