The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team. In this full-time role, you’ll manage the UK’s reimbursed portfolio, driving innovation, growth, and market leadership in a thriving industry.
What You’ll Do
- Implement marketing and sales strategies for strategically significant products to meet sales and market share targets.
- Conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set pricing, and launch new products.
- Monitor and analyse domestic and international market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas and adapt offerings to meet customer needs.
- Liaise with production, R&D, and cross-functional teams to implement product changes.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor performance against targets, and adapt plans to improve results.
- Collaborate with advertising and promotions specialists to design effective campaigns and sales collateral for target audiences.
- Lead brand plans, manage the A&P budget, and oversee project management and business planning.
- Use data analytics and insights to inform strategy and measure success.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or equivalent experience; marketing qualifications preferred.
- Proven success in brand management or marketing, ideally within healthcare or nutrition with a strong understanding of the NHS landscape.
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience influencing stakeholders and working with healthcare professionals.
