We’re now looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our Abbott Nutrition International Out‑of‑Pocket (OOP) Consumer Business Unit, where you’ll play a key role in growing some of our most important national customer partnerships. This is a high‑impact, commercial role offering autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to shape long‑term customer strategy while driving revenue and profitability.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to business objectives
- Managing and growing relationships with national and strategic customers
- Driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and long‑term partnerships
- Leading contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and commercial terms
- Delivering against sales targets, forecasts, and profitability KPIs
- Analysing customer and market data to inform decisions and maximise ROI
- Supporting new product launches and expanding range and distribution
- Working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and shopper behaviour
What we’re looking for:
Essential:- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex customer relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑influencing skills
- Strong analytical and planning capability
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Background in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, B2B or Consumer Healthcare
- Experience managing national or grocery multiple accounts
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
