The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Director to lead growth across key accounts in the UK & Ireland. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing senior customer relationships, driving new business, and protecting and growing existing enterprise accounts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy, delivering innovative value propositions, and leading cross-functional teams to accelerate business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Lead business development across Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, identifying and winning new opportunities
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new business
- Own retention and renewal strategies, maximising customer lifetime value
- Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Understand customer business goals and design tailored, value-based solutions
- Position Abbott as a trusted strategic partner
- Commercial Excellence
- Develop and execute account plans and sales forecasts
- Deliver profitable growth, meeting revenue and margin targets
- Adapt and align value propositions to customer needs, market dynamics, and company strategy
- Team Leadership
- Lead and coach high-performing teams (Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Executives and Technical Specialists)
- Foster collaboration across functions to deliver integrated solutions
