This role will be based out of our Maidenhead site.
Main Accountabilities
We are looking for a confident and proactive individual to join the Commercial Excellence team on a 13-month internship as a Business Insight Support Analyst/ Junior Insight Analyst. You’ll gain real world experience working with colleagues across our business on a wide variety of interesting projects, like working with our direct-to-consumer business on insights strategy and generation and supporting our salesforce in how they partner with our customers. You’ll have exposure to market leading business insights software and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), the chance to develop a commercial mindset and opportunities around learning how to engage with stakeholders and aid them in driving their business forward. Throughout the placement you will have regular opportunities to learn, develop and grow alongside continuous feedback, coaching and mentoring – we want you to take control of this development path and will help you make the most of the resources and people around you!
What are we looking for?
This opportunity is suitable for a student studying towards a degree in Business or any numerical/data related topic (e.g. Maths, Economics or Marketing Insights), and would form part of a year in industry requirement. You will be confident working independently as well as engaging with colleagues or stakeholders, demonstrate innovative thinking and feel comfortable delving into data as well as being people focused.
