The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Laboratory Analyst I to join our Analytical Chemistry Laboratory team in Witney. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build hands‑on laboratory experience in a GMP‑regulated environment, working with industry‑leading analytical chemistry techniques and equipment. In this role, you’ll support future finished product release, stability studies, and laboratory investigations, playing a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and compliance standards. This role is based in a laboratory environment and involves routine handling of chemicals and reagents as part of day‑to‑day analytical work.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine analytical testing using approved methods within a GMP environment.
- Support finished product lot release, stability testing, and quality investigations.
- Meticulously follow SOPs and quality system requirements for testing, documentation, and data integrity.
- Recognise and elevate OOS, OOT, and atypical results to senior colleagues using strong communication skills.
- Support test method validations and change controls under supervision.
- Maintain high standards of laboratory housekeeping, safety, and compliance.
- Work collaboratively within the lab team, as well as other interdisciplinary teams, building strong internal relationships.
- Support the set‑up of a new analytical laboratory.
