Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the Northern Europe marketing strategy in alignment with global OUS priorities.
  • Shape and embed a central, therapy-focused marketing model, with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Elevate Marketing's role as a strategic growth partner to the business.
  • Build and lead a high-performing organisation.
  • Lead and develop a multi-country marketing team, including therapy-focused Product Marketing Managers.
  • Strengthen key capabilities, particularly in strategic and clinical marketing.
  • Foster collaboration, clarity and a strong performance culture across the region.
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across Northern Europe markets.
  • Lead regional launch strategies for new neuromodulation products and therapies.
  • Translate clinical evidence and innovation into compelling, compliant value propositions.
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to drive revenue through impactful campaigns and field enablement.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory and Reimbursement teams to support evidence generation and market access.
  • Ensure one clear, consistent voice in line with global brand and therapy strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Represent the company at major congresses, customer meetings and field engagements.
  • Act as a role model for compliance, quality and ethical leadership.
  • Approximately 10% of the role will support broader OUS strategic and operational marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Medical Devices marketing (implantables required).
  • Background in cardio, neuromodulation, neuro or related implantable therapies.
  • Proven people leadership across multiple countries.
  • Strong experience in regional strategy, organisational leadership and product launches.
  • Solid understanding of clinical pathways, evidence-based marketing and reimbursement dynamics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrix and highly regulated environment.
