The Opportunity
As a Collecting Officer, you will join a flexible, motivated regional team, trained to collect legally defensible samples via methods such as urine, breath, hair, or oral fluid at customer locations. You will focus on customer service and integrity in following our chain of custody process during collections.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct specimen collections following procedures and customer instructions to ensure quality service.
- Be available for collections during the day, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Participate in a 24-hour on-call rota, responding promptly and arriving on site within 2 hours.
- Stay current with processes through reading, acknowledgment, and attending audits.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educated to National Standards.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literacy with basic skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach.
- Ability to follow set processes.
- Driving license and own vehicle.
