Overview
In this role you drive technical support for DBS and SCS implantations and follow-ups across designated NHS and private hospitals. You will travel regionally to offer expert device programming and troubleshooting, while delivering education events and shaping regional strategy. You’ll build strong hospital partnerships and support the neuromodulation business strategy with implantation coverage. This is a field-based, travel-heavy role in a cutting-edge healthcare segment that offers development opportunities and a clear impact on patient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide primary technical support to customers during implantation and follow-up
- Perform complex device/programming troubleshooting independently
- Assist in management and delivery of regional customer education training events
- Develop understanding of regional account objectives and strategy for all accounts within the assigned region
- Build strong and professional relationships in hospital settings
- Support regional NMD business strategy via product implantation cover in accounts as agreed with leadership
Key requirements
- BSc degree in a scientific discipline
- Experience in medical devices industry or as physiotherapist/pain nurse transitioning to industry
- Knowledge of UK healthcare market
- Flexibility with regards working hours and location of customer support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with clinic settings and OR procedures (preferred)
- Good keyboard skills and presentation skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
