The Opportunity

Delivering critical insights that aid in the detection, treatment, and management of substance use and exposure. Our mission is to provide reliable, timely, and actionable information that supports safer and healthier outcomes for individuals and communities. We are seeking an Occupational Health Co-ordinator to join our Customer Operations team in our site in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
What You’ll Do
- Supplier Management: Source and onboard new suppliers, manage contracts and compliance documentation, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Resourcing: Liaise with recruitment agencies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and approve timesheets.
- Clinical Team Scheduling: Manage duty rotas, dashboards, and resource allocation in collaboration with the OH Manager.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate induction plans, equipment setup, compliance checks, and exit processes.
- Payroll & Procurement: Raise purchase orders, approve and receipt goods and services.
- Administration & Governance: Organize meetings, maintain inventory, review policies and SOPs, handle complaints, support audits, and provide data analysis for client insights.
- Data Privacy Compliance: Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in line with GDPR requirements.
- Clinical Audit Support: Prepare for audit meetings, liaise with clinicians, and maintain audit records.
- Chemist on Call System: Manage pharmacist rotas, system access, and website updates.
- Medical Records Management: Oversee secure transfer of medical records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Required qualifications/Profile
- Excellent command of English language, spoken and written.
- High attention to detail, highly organised and articulate.
- Process driven to ensure all necessary steps in setting up a new supplier are compliantly followed.
- Be a resilient, self-starter who can manage frequent change.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload, effectively communicating via multiple channels.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment desirable.
- Experience of working within a regulated/audited environment (e.g. ISO 9001, CQC registration, RISQS accreditations) desirable.
