Abbott Lyon is scaling fast - and the quality of our talent will define the next chapter of our growth. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, proactive Talent Acquisition Partner who doesn’t just “fill roles” - but builds capability, strengthens succession and elevates our employer brand as we scale towards £100m+.
You’ll own end-to-end hiring across the business while also playing a critical role in internal talent movement, succession planning and future capability mapping. This is about building pipelines before we need them, raising the bar on every hire and ensuring we’re always one step ahead.

Our head office is based in Manchester (M1) and we operate a flexible hybrid model with core working hours. This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our Manchester office.
