About the role
As the UK Influencer Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the Influencer Manager to execute and scale influencer programs. With a focus on mid-tier influencers and gifting, you will contribute to driving impactful and engaging campaigns that align with Abbott Lyon’s brand vision and marketing objectives. This maternity cover role is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, directly contributing to the brand’s growth and reputation.
Responsibilities
Gifting Program Execution
• Coordinate the influencer gifting program, managing product selections, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise exposure.
• Monitor engagement and content performance from gifting activities, identifying opportunities for further amplification making sure that the ideas are tailored to our target markets and their buyer behaviour.
Influencer Identification
- Identifying and liaising with relevant influencers that are aligned with the goals and objective of a Gifting Programme and Affiliate Programme (and other key territories if applicable).
Campaign Reporting
• Compile campaign performance reports, including influencer metrics, audience engagement, and key insights.
• Analyse results to highlight successes and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
Influencer Events Support
• Assist in organising and executing influencer activations and events, coordinating key logistics such as venue bookings, invitations, and on-site requirements.
• Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees and helping maximise brand visibility.
Trend Monitoring
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and innovative content styles.
• Research and recommend new and upcoming influencers to enhance the brand’s influencer portfolio and maintain cultural relevance.

Location
Our head offices are in Bath and Manchester but we operate a flexible hybrid model. Around 40% of the team are based near Bath, with others distributed across the UK. You should expect to be in Bath or Manchester a minimum of 3 days per week.
