Position: Accessories Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to category expansion in alignment with brand vision across various products, including bags, accessories, phone cases, travel items, eyewear, kids, From Him, Pet, key gifting moments and more.
- Conduct in-depth research and create visual mood boards and concepts.
- Produce high-quality renders, sketches, and CADs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate within a product team of 15, being the first dedicated accessories designer with lots of opportunities to grow with the business.
Work Structure:
- 5 days a week, 40 hours.
- Hybrid working model (2-3 days per week in London, occasional visits to other team offices, Bath and Manchester).
- Open to permanent or freelance candidates.
- Also open to designers across other categories such as Home.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in accessories design.
- Strong sketching skills and proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, or similar).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Keen eye for detail, innovation, and commercial awareness.
