Join Abbott's innovative Heart Failure (HF) business, where we are committed to transforming patient outcomes through cutting-edge cardiovascular technologies. We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to support the growth, adoption, and clinical excellence of our Heart Failure portfolio and especially the CardioMEMS expansion. This is a brand new role in our Heart Failure division who will cover the region of UK and Ireland, based in Abbott House, Maidenhead, Berkshire. The role would require national travelling up to 25%.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and deliver short-, medium-, and long-term marketing strategies for CardioMEMS across UKI, aligned to commercial and financial goals.
  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, webinars, paid media) to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Create compelling content and sales enablement materials, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand positioning.
  • Partner with sales, market access, and regional teams to ensure aligned execution and maximise market impact.
  • Analyse market trends, campaign performance, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimise strategy.
  • Build and manage relationships with KOLs, scientific associations, and key stakeholders across UKI.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and webinars end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery and strong engagement.
  • Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing marketing and field teams, driving accountability and results.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting (LBE/Outlook), and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor in Marketing or equivalent through experience.
  • Medical or scientific training in the biomedical field.
  • Knowledge of the medical devices market.
  • Previous experience in the field of Heart Failure, Cardiac Surgery or Perfusion, on technical, clinical and/or marketing functions.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of social media, email marketing.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident in managing webinars and supporting event logistics.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience with webinars, virtual events or hybrid event formats.
  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., GA, social insights).
  • Experience collaborating with agencies or freelancers.
  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset.
  • Proactive, self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
